WES Enviro provides three over-lapping categories of environmental consulting and engineering services which include:
Projects are assigned to fully trained, team leaders and project managers with years of experience in specialized areas. WES is staffed with professional engineers, geologists, environmental scientists and technicians for all phases of complex projects.
WES offers assessment services for Phase I, II, III Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screens, and site visits accompanied by one-page letter reports. Property assessments, required by banking and other institutions during commercial property transactions or refinancing, are conducted in accordance with the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM E-1527 and ASTM E-1528).
Petroleum release investigations are generally covered by local, state and federal regulations. WES has been closing sites impacted by petroleum products and/or hazardous or non-hazardous wastes since 1989. Project managers and consulting teams are currently managing sites as directed by the TCEQ (formerly TNRCC), PST Division for clients needing Plan A and B Risk Based Assessments and the more recent Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP).
Spill and leak protection plans are required at commercial, construction and industrial locations where surface water and sediment has the potential to impact waters of United States. It is often necessary to complete a spill prevention plan and sometimes institute control measures to avoid such releases. WES is fully staffed to provide all of the services necessary to complete construction and industrial, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWP3s, SWPPPs) with the associated TPDES/NPDES permitting and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans.
Wright Environmental Services does not currently conduct asbestos surveys or mold investigations. If there is a need for these services a manager can supply referrals to third party companies.
